Equipment needed for your home workouts:
- Set of resistance bands – if you don’t have any please check out the JF Resistance Band kit.
- Two medium free weights (5lb-15lb /2.5kg-7kg) that are challenging for you
- A bench is also great, but you could use something else like a sturdy chair, stair, or a yoga ball that is suitable for your height.
